All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. All sale items are final sale. Exchanges may only be made for the same item being returned, if a different size is available. Otherwise, please return merchandise for a refund, and purchase another item (if desired) as a separate transaction.
All returns must be authorized by Gimme Shoes.
Please with purchase order number and specific items you want to return. Once you receive a return authorization number (RA#) from Gimme Shoes, please pack and securely seal the merchandise. Mark your RA# on the outside of the box; packages sent without an RA# will be refused. Send pre-paid and insured to:

You can also return or exchange online purchases at one of our store locations.
We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account you used for the purchase. We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
order fulfillment
Since the web site shares stock with our stores, occasionally an item may have sold before we have a chance to update the online inventory. We will not charge your credit card until we have verified that we can satisfy your order. If an item is not available, we apologize for any inconvenience and would be happy to suggest a substitution. Otherwise your order will be cancelled. In addition, we reserve the right not to fulfill any order of an item listed in error.
Sale items are not guaranteed in stock since we share inventory with our shops.
shipping policy
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. Gimme Shoes does not ship orders to multiple addresses, to PO boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only 2-day or next-day service). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays, and after 1pm Pacific Time will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or Federal holidays.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Gimme Shoes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Gimme Shoes. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
