Aigle Rainboots

Aigle was created in 1853 when Hiram Hutchinson bought the patent for the vulcanization of rubber. Here he started a French brand that has over a 150 years of history. The mission of Aigle is "to reconnect man with nature." There are 60 stages in the production process. 100% of the boots are checked by hand. 1.2 kgs. of rubber is needed for one pair of rain boots. Aigle means eagle in French, and is pronounced Eh-Glue. There are now 260 stores worldwide.
